How to protect yourself against Coronavirus?

With the rapid spread of Coronavirus around the world, everyone is thinking about how to stay away from this virus or how to fight with it? As we know that there is not any kind of medicine that can work against Coronavirus and cure it. Coronavirus cannot even be cured with the antiviral drugs. The only way to fight with Coronavirus is to boost up your Immune System. Immune system is your body’s defense mechanism that help your body to fight with the harmful organisms that enters into your body. If you have a strong immune system, then it is less likely that the foreign particles, like viruses and bacteria will harm you. Thus, to protect yourself from Coronavirus you need to strengthen your immune system. Here are some of the easy ways for boosting up your immune system.
1. Get enough sleep. You should sleep at least 7 hours in order to make your immune system work well.
2. Have some lemon water because it is filled with antioxidants, vitamin C, potassium and magnesium. It will boost your immune function.
3. Have some vitamin D.
4. Consume ginger and garlic. Ginger is a powerful antioxidant that boosts your immune function. Furthermore, Garlic is useful for fighting infection.
5. Eat fruits and vegetables like, orange, green leafy vegetables, blueberries, cherries, pumpkin etc.
6. Avoid junk foods like, pizza, snacks, candies etc.
7. Don’t smoke if you are a smoker.
8. For avoiding infection, take precautionary steps like, wash your hands frequently and cooking meats well.
9. Exercise on regular basis.
10. Stay stress-free.
